On Monday, May 9th, OfColor is hosting an inaugural event in our Disruptive Discourse knowledge share series.

Our goal is to have honest and thoughtful conversations about the collision of race and money at work. We see the workplace is one of the frontlines in the battle to close the $154,000 racial wealth gap between black and white families in the United States and strive to move the conversation beyond the promotion of the few to the upliftment of the many.

What does it take to create a truly equitable employee experience?

What happens after the inclusion training?

What structural changes can organizations adopt to take on the racial wealth gap?

How do we drive essential and difficult conversations into a radically new future?
